Welcome to Whole Being, a space created to support you in caring for your body, skin, and overall well-being—all in one place. My goal is to make it easier for you to feel your best by offering a variety of services that nurture the whole person, not just one piece of the puzzle.
Whole Being is truly a one-stop shop for wellness. I currently offer a wide range of massage therapy services, with techniques tailored to your individual needs. Whether you’re looking to relax, manage pain, recover from stress, or simply take time for yourself, sessions are customized to support your body where it needs it most.
In addition to massage therapy, I provide esthetic services, including specialty facials using three different professional skincare lines. Each facial is designed with intention, whether your focus is relaxation, skin health, or learning how to better care for your skin at home. I also offer skin care classes for beginners, available in both group and one-on-one settings. These classes are a great way to build confidence and understanding around your skin, and more educational offerings are planned for the future.
Beyond hands-on services, I bring over two decades of experience as a Life Skills Coach, a role I’ve been in since 2000. My coaching work primarily focuses on families and children, helping address behavior challenges, develop healthy routines, and introduce practical habits—such as organization and homework support—that make everyday life smoother and more manageable.
At Whole Being, everything I do is rooted in compassion, education, and personalized care. I believe healing and growth happen best when people feel supported, understood, and empowered.
